I went yesterday to Jamjar Canteen in North Vancouver to purchase food for my family. I had some delicious food, especially the chicken and falafel wrap. It was delectable. Also, thank you for the excellent service from the staff.

Place is fye. The Tabbouleh salad here is dec. the bowls are pretty good. Something lacks flavour here and I can’t wrap my head around what. But maybe it was my experience there that one timeeither way imma be back fasho
I ordered food from this place using UberEats. I got the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to try and report the issue and ask if I can get the right order they picked up and hang up 3 times!!! I expect a restaurant that wants people to order should be able to take calls and handle orders accordingly. I don't care about the Uber refund, I wanted my dinner.
I am a bit confused why this place has 5 stars. I found it extremely mediocre. The wraps seemed like they were missing something or didn't have nearly enough seasoning/flavor. Quality was fresh but I found my wrap very bland and hard to finish. Would recommend Nuba instead
Fantastic delicious Lebanese restaurant with a great food and a very friendly staff. I had a pleasure to meet Kabir the very nice staff of Jam Jar Cafe in North Vancouver. I appreciate your great hospitality. Highly recommended.
Love this place! I've been twice, trying different items each time and it was consistently delicious on both visits. Lots of healthy choices including many that are vegan and/or gluten-free. Food is made fresh when you order it and can be enjoyed in the restaurant or for takeout. Inside is clean and bright, with adequate space in between tables for safe social distancing. Lots of harbour-front seating available in the Shipyards area if you want to dine al fresco. Prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.
I recently moved from downtown to North Vancouver and tried Jamjar for the first time today because I was craving some good Lebanese food. I ordered the felafel bowl (15.88 including 10% tip) but it was not as good compared to the platter that I used to eat from Nuba or Chickpeas downtown. Also, the air quality was horrible inside the restaurant. While I only waited about 10mins inside, all my clothes and even my hair smelled like oil when I came home... they definitely need a better ventilation system. Not just for the customers but for their employees too.
This was the first time I've ordered from this restaurant. I ordered a falafel pita nd some baklava. The falafels themselves had a real "different taste" than most falafel I've had before. It didn't really taste good and was not crispy at all. And the wrap immediately fell apart after 1 bite. I basically had to eat the pita with a knife and fork. Glad I wasn't out in public. It was a total mess. And the baklava that should be super crispy was just soft and barely had any honey. Was disappointed overall.
