I've had a great experience at Griffin. The storage facilities are modern, clean, affordable, secure, and easy to access. The climate controlled wine storage area has to be seen to be appreciated. David went above the call of duty in helping me find a storage solution when I was under some time pressures. He is pleasure to deal with - a real pro. Thanks again David!!
I did a fair bit of calling around for storage in Vancouver, and went with Griffin not least because I was immediately dealing with the owner, and clearly with a very professional business man. I elected to go with Griffin sight unseen, because with storage, if it doesn't work out you just move. But when I got there, I was blown away, by the design, the attention to detail, the state of the art security and entry features and by the service. The owner showed me the wine storage facility he is bringing on line, it's absolutely genius for a market like Vancouver. The virtual office/shared office facilities are superb as well and possibly something I will require in the future. Having storage for my business right next to where I could run some of my operations from, minutes away from the seabus into Downtown, which is impossible to set up an affordable presence in, is not to be understated. Vancouver is a tough market. I quite simply think of anything that needs to be improved. They are just finishing up construction, but it's already functioning perfectly and I have selected the best base I possibly could for my work in Vancouver - price, location, ease of access ( I absolutely require 24 hr) and staff.
Being new to self storage, Griffin was very helpful in explaining the process. I needed this storage for long term and wanted to be sure it would be secure and dry as a have a lot of books stored at the moment. The service was very courteous, all my questions were answered and all my queries sorted. I would definitely recommend them.
