Maybe I'm spoiled by Funky Monkey or Jungle Jacs. This place is pretty small and crowded. The play area is nothing compared in size. Very small. When there's 3 parties happening at the same time, with adults inside and out of the play area, it leaves very little room to breathe. We were here for a party at 1145am and the bathrooms (only 2 stalls for the ladies) was absolutely dirty and with no paper towels to use. Which is fine as there was a hand dryer that blows as hard my child blowing out candles. It served it's purpose but I think the go bananas in Coquitlam is a little bit more clean and spacious.
We went with some friends last Friday the 13th, 2019, and some of our friends got a really bad experience with an employee there. When we arrived the lady (Spanish speaker), who helped us, was very nice and helpful. She was patient and nice with the kids, even though it was loud. Also, she advised we could stay until 6 pm due to a party starting after that time. Around 5.55 pm she came to tell us it was time to get ready to leave, so we all did. One of my friends took a little longer as she was assisting another of our friends, who is a grand mom, and couldn't visibly walk fast, and my friend was helping her wit a stroller. It was probably 6.03, when this middle-aged blond lady came to yell at my friends still inside stating it was time to leave and to "get out" of there. She was VERY RUDE, so my friend tried to hurry explaining, but this lady got a phone call at that moment. Then when my friend, already, obfuscated, tried to leave the door was open, so she said "you want us to leave fast, then open the door"..... in that moment the employee got so mad that she started to talk to me asking for my friend's name stating she would be banned from the place. She was very very rude. I asked what happened and she only said, "i want her name, she was rude to me, she wont be coming back, and if she doesn't give me her name, i will look for her name in the system", and so many more things. She was rude, unprofessional and non-empathetic at all with the situation. I believe you should coach your employees better to make sure they know how to treat your customers. Not coming back to this place, not worth it. It is more expensive now, and the way the customers are not the best.
Had my son's birthday here over the weekend and it went SO well! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for a four year old birthday!!
Kids loved it when we decided to kill sometime qoth them. Great memories
