I am so impressed with Frankie and Co! Their customer service is fantastic, they helped me with a custom order that was not only short notice but extremely specific. Catherine is very lovely and helpful and happy to give you a quote, suggestions or any help you need. The prices are also very reasonable and the variety is huge! Cannot highly enough recommend this store and their wonderful staff.

We can't get enough of all the amazing pieces the team at Frankie & Co. produce. Our clients have had balloons displays at their weddings, birthday parties and corporate launch events. If you have a chance, pop into the cutest store and pick up something special.
Awesome store. Gorgeous interiors. Came here to grab a few things for a baby shower. The service was perfect. Well run store with so much care given to all areas. Highly recommend you come here to grab things for your next party. It’s a bit more expensive but it’s worth the extra few dollars to get something unique.
Probably one of the nicest family owned store I have been in , Very knowledgable in there products and helpful with ideas with lots of colour options for balloons. I Highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.
Poor Customer Service, wouldn't recommended We visited there 3 times and unfortunately we had the exact same experience each time. When we walked in, the employees did not greet us, they didn’t even look at us. They continued to do something the whole time we were in the store and they weren’t doing any work. We walked around the for about 10 minutes and they never asked if we needed help.I like the supplies but the store atmosphere is not friendly at all !!!!!!!
