Usually a fan of this place but my last experience has me second guessing my loyalty. 1) the tiramisu flavour had way too much actual spongy cake bits that had me chewing my ice cream every spoonful not the ice cream experience I was expecting. We also got the ginger cookie flavour, and that too, way too many ginger cookie pieces. Feel like these trendy places sometimes try to be (too?) creative... when people just want good ice cream. 2) we had to ask for the waffle cones twice to get them... strange. 3) their new way of packing the ice cream (placing the bigger cup upside down as a lid) is super awkward. These “lids” are too big and the cups won’t fit in the tray the give you. I liked it when they used to use real lids.

Really good ice cream! The pints are done in nice glass containers that you can return for the deposit of 1. The service is fast especially when they have a counter outside during (to make things safer and more distanced) eating outside is perfect in this area as their is lots of sitting space and good views of the harbour.

Best ice cream in Vancouver! Love their shop in Olympic Village as well. Make sure to try the london fog or the caramel walnut sundae

An amazing ice cream spot! The people who work here are so helpful and friendly! They’re kind about COVID policies which is very hard to find these days! Their ice cream is delicious and for sure left me wishing I ordered more!

Super friendly staff and delicious ice cream! The place is beautiful and the area is phenomenal. Line up was out the door but worth the wait for sure! I loved how there were so many dietary specific options although I don’t have any but that’s good to see :)
