I've been to a lot of beauty bars around the city of Vancouver and in Toronto where I use to live. This place is one of the best! I have used a handful of their services and I'm always very pleased. The customer service is great too, if there are any issues with the service they are dedicated to making it right. Special shout out to Chloe, she's so incredibly talented and equally as awesome! I got my first Brazilian here close to almost a decade ago. I was nervous and my esthetician made me feel completely comfortable. I still remember that I had zero pain and it was done very quickly. I don't live close by to this location so I have tried other salons that were closer to me. I was left with really bad skin lifting, I got tortured by inexperienced or misinformed estheticians and was almost always left in massive pain. I've regretted every time that I strayed from Cutie Pie Wax Bar. Nobody does waxing like them.
Techs are knowledgeable, fast and smooth. Scheduling was easy to do online. Establishment was spotless and highly sanitized. Will highly recommend and definitely be returning.
Shawna was amazing with the wax..will come again next time.
I just want to give a huge shout out to Chloe and the crew at cutie pie wax bar, very covid safe and Chloe is fantastic at being super efficient, thorough and as pain free as it can be ;)
