I had scratched up the side of my vehicle pretty good with some deep gouges completely through the paint on two adjoining side panels. I sent in a request for an estimate online with some pictures and conversed with Bill about potentially getting it fixed up. He gave me a reasonable estimate and was flexible to setup a time for repair. His team did an absolutely fantastic job at the estimated price and I had it back within half a day. Seriously, I can't tell that there were gouges on the side panels at all, paint matched perfectly. Seriously impressed with their skill and speed. I would definitely consider going to them again in the future.

Colorworks WORKS!!! Thank you to Bill and his team for a job well done! Scratched my vehicle, one dent, and I don’t know anyone who can do the job so I went online to look for a company with an honest review. It was easy, I clicked the “get a quote” button in their website and Bill called my mobile number in 2 minutes, asks for a picture of the damaged area then call me back with a quote. Set up an appointment date for them to fix it and since I live in Squamish. Bill helped me get to my rental vehicle and even pick me up after dropping off the rental vehicle. All in all - it was so easy and it just good energy from Bill and his team that I can see it through their work. Now my car shines like brand new!!! Thank you again for your professionalism, hard work, and help!!! I highly recommend Bill and his team to fix your vehicles problem.

November 19 2020 Bill came to my house and gave an estimate on my car. Four key words in quality customer service are: Knowledge, professionalism courtesy and honesty, Bill, displayed all of these qualities. During my conversation with Bill I mentioned I had to take my car in for an oil change and general service check ( I usually go to the dealership) He said he could arrange for this to be done, however, never pressured me into going this route. November 23 2020 I dropped off my car at “Colorworks”(North Vancouver) and picked it up November 27 2020. Bill I want to thank you and your team for the excellent job you did in repairing my car. I appreciate your professionalism and your attention to detail. Please extend my thanks to the mechanic who took care of servicing my car (oil change and installing a new battery). You are truly a company that provides high quality auto repair with integrity and excellent customer service at a fair price and with a personal touch. I will definitely recommend Colorworks, North Vancouver, to friends and family

This was the worst car repair I have ever seen. Miss matched colour, poor alignment on body parts, paint over spray everywhere,and paint that peeled simply by touching it. I have been in the autobody repair trade, have relatives that are adjusters, technicians, instructors, and my cousin's father wrote the book that is used to teach Autobody. Thankfully the car dealership that I bought the vehicle brought my car to an actual body shop and had it repaired correctly. This was after your company was brought back into the picture to fix the peeling paint on your repair. If this was the job to grade your quality of work by ,you should loose your credentials. The body shop that fixed your repair took over 8 weeks to do the job correctly. I wish that you had answered me when the problem actually happened and I tried to contact you to correct this. Instead of wasting a bunch of time and contacting ICBC to tell them how terrible a job you did I figured I would just Google review you. Maybe you get your 5 Stars from stone chips, but if I was a concerned consumer, I would not use your service or recommend it to anyone. If I could give you zero stars I would.
