The staff's doing owesome job like knowing the right client needs and matters a second, I got it and save my day. Plus if recommended to other tp join we got bonus. Store Manager (Mandy) is very good with knowledge and service but am not happy with the service given by a female staff member (Shaneehin -spelling is not correct) when had a currency exchange process done - she neglected to put it through my account which made the transaction difficult to find a few days later - she also neglected to mention about the ability to make an online payment after telling her my bank card was not working properly but said I can pay by cash, debit or credit card when I came to the store to make a payment - this omission of information caused me great inconvenience as I attempted to use my bank card at my bank machine to withdraw cash to no avail as my bank card was not attached to my account right at that time - so I had to return to the store and pay by cash I managed to get another way - it was a wall sign in the store that prompted me to ask about online banking payments - if she would have mentioned about this payment method in the first place, it would have saved me from having to visit the store initially or at least when I visited the store to make a payment in person and told her about the problem with my bank debit card - she was pleasant enough but not informative enough, resulting in experiencing less than satisfactory customer service from her the past while.
