I cannot recommend Dr Kennett highly enough. Over the years she has wisely and gently mentored me along my journey to improved health. She exemplifies what it means to be a Doctor. Remember, the root meaning of the word Doctor is Docere, or TEACHER. She does not cling to outdated dogma the way that so many medical Docs unfortunately do. She stays current with the science and constantly updates her practice based on fresh knowledge and real world experience. Dr K treats me as a unique individual - she is exemplifies personalized medicine - no more one size fits all nonsense. If you have had the run - around with the medical system and are ready for REAL health care, you have found the right practice. Best wishes on your health journey!

Traditional medicine has really left me cold recently. While I love my doctor and certainly see that her and her training has great value and worth, I would really encourage anyone who wants to go the extra mile for their own self-care, to go and see Dr. Kennett at CareMed Integrative Health in Lower Lonsdale. Such an absolutely elevated level of care, information, support, details, validation, action plans and expert knowledge that I have simply never experienced at my doctor's office - ever! Today, I made a booking to see her online (so easy) just an hour before the appointment time (so convenient) and walked in to have my hour just filled with so much helpful information, I was absolutely blown away. I walked away from a one hour appointment with Dr. Kennett with more answers and action plans than I have ever received from my traditional doctor, all added together over all the years I've been seeing her! Whatever your concern, Dr. Kennett is certain the expert you want to add to your healthcare team. I promise you, you'll be as thrilled as I was today.
