Boo La La Costumes is always fun to visit. They have a great selection of costume items, even if the selection is a bit pricey. It also smells like your high school's costume closet, which can be a plus or minus depending on how much you liked drama as a teenager. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Parking in the back is a plus, not too many know about it so other than costume heavy holidays there's usually room back there.
It's strange to find a seasonal place of such high quality. I've only been here once for a Halloween costume, but the staff were integral in finding a perfect Halloween costume for my office party. They spent a great deal of time finding every piece of the costume, as well as accessories. They were very patient with my indecisiveness as I tried out a variety of different options. The prices were very reasonable for the rentals. The variety was enormous. The buy options were a little steep in price, but the quality made it worth it. The terms of the rental were also very generous, and if you're looking for a costume for multiple parties, this would be the place to go on the North Shore.

Really cool store with lots of cool stuff that is very good quality! The ladies there are so attentive and nice, but also not pushy. I'll definitely go back if I ever need a costume or wig!
Huge selection of costumes, and amazing customer service. Even if they don't have the exact costume that you are looking for, Erin (Kitty Glitter) will find something that will make it work! Will be back for every Halloween party or costume party!
