I initially had Scott Frost check out and give advice on a buried oil tank on a property in North Vancouver which he readily did free of charge with no obligation. Later, as a condition for a pending sale, I called him back on a Monday to do the removal which he had done by Thursday. He secured the site pending a soil analysis, after which he was able to restore the site during the next week. He left the site clean, even to hosing down the parking lot. I would readily recommend this company because of Scott’s professionalism, efficiency and reasonable pricing. He charged in the range of what I had been told I could expect to pay for a simple recovery. Thankfully, no soil replacement was required.
