Great local company! We are so happy we were lucky to find them. They did all of the windows coverings for our new house (about 50 windows!). Stan is so patient and knowledgeable, spent so much time with us to choose the best colour, pattern and type of blinds and shades that matches our walls perfectly. We are grateful. Dan (the installer) is such a tidy and professional person. He did a tremendous and neat job with installing all the window coverings. We are super happy about the end result; the blinds and shades look fabulous. All in all, great company, great people, great quality and their prices beat the rest of companies in Victoria. We have purchased blinds and draperies for several of our homes each time we move. We have found the entire process from prompt booking of a in home estimate, to the responses on any inquires to be fast. Also, the turn around time for installation has been often quicker than promised and the installers are always respectful, professional and clean. The Sales people have always given a great selection of choices, their prices have always been competitive and the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.
Never having bought blinds before I felt compelled to shop around. I went to several independent places, the big box stores and Costco. I was first impressed with Laursen's quick quote, readiness to do a home visit during covid, really helpful advice and ultimately better pricing. Some places only sell Hunter Douglas and we didn't want to spend that much in areas where the shades were hardly used. I trusted his product knowledge for what to use where. A competitor talked a good story but took a long time to respond to any questions and wouldn't reply by email. Stan was always prompt with follow up and quotes. The shades fit perfectly, with barely a gap of light. Additionally impressed that when I was concerned over what I thought was a more complicated hard wired motorized install, just to ease my mind, Stan came over and did it himself. Even better, he took the time to line up the wires in the closet so that the plug ins looked tidy and symmetrical, this was so professional! We don't really see the wires, but to care enough to make them tidy is what I want. Superior service, really patient and helpful, sharp pricing. We'll be calling Laursen again when we finish the other rooms (and I'll skip the shop around LOL).
