Great experiences running back and forth from Victoria to Vancouver over the years. Finally had to make a review because I was having a very bad week and this blonde check-in girl in Victoria was just so kind and empathetic, it turned my day around. If i remember right her name was Leaha. Thank you, you have a customer for life.
I have never taken a flight that wasn't delayed or cancelled, sometimes without reason or even TELLING the passengers why or any details. No problems with staff however airline is unreliable.
Awesome. This is the best airline for getting around the Pacific Coast.
