Hopelessly disorganized. Phone calls never acknowledged or returned. One month’s notice given that we didn’t require our spot, payment still withdrawn from credit card. Multiple requests to advise where to return fob and get 50 deposit refund - all unacknowledged and phone calls and emails never returned. This is a poorly run business.

Glad to see Cube Air Land and Sea Storage open again now with two new locations and a third on the way. Knowing my RV is safe with them is a great peace of mind.
Very clean and safe/gated RV storages. Location close the the HIghway and ferry. Price is also OK for what you get. But the best is manager Ian is always very helpful, the best way to get him is by phone.
