This contractor was at my property as a sub-contractor to Save-On Septic for installation of a system. He used his excavator to push a tree down, destroying the end of my fence, making a tremendous mess, blocking my driveway, and nearly damaging items in the neighbor's yard. I asked him to leave the tree alone in the aftermath as the city officers need to see it for the non-permitted tree-removal fines and his response was loaded with attitude as if I had no ground to stand on. Operating practices were also unsafe: the person in charge of the operation was allowed to stand on the bucket of the excavator during digging operation... I am less than thrilled and would never recommend this contractor.
