I have a very specific hearing loss that is challenging to work with. I have been to several hearing aid specialists over the years and have never found anyone as patient and knowledgeable as Susan at North Halton Better Hearing Centre. She has gone above and beyond to try to help me, and has let me try different manufacturers of aids. She has never been pushy and I am very happy with the service she provides. Thank you Susan for all your help.

We went this afternoon, called got an appointment right away. Susan was amazing the wife and I went thru the tests Susan sat with us afterwards and explained are results. I found her to be professional, nice, honest and informative. The place was very clean and parking no problem.

these people are crooks they say they do ear cleaning but not anywhere on there web site do they offer it but you know what the do offer other then a 60 ear cleaning is a 1500-3000 hearing aid they also say 20 minute exam but it turned out to be 1 hour plus cause she couldn't figure out how the machine worked .i also i asked a simple ? like how she does cleaning and she flipped out and told me she doesn't have to explain how she does her job thanks for the reassurance didn't even look in the ear just told me i was there for a hearing test not a cleaning how convenient why clean the ear for 60 when i can get 3000 for a hearing aid i guess that's what you get from a start up company with prime real estate in the heart of Georgetown also im pretty sure she ruined my ears since that test my ears have gotten worse since her failed hearing test worst mistake of my life
