Amazing, Amazing customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and informative! Dino and all the other staff went above and beyond answering my questions and explaining things thoroughly and taking their time with us! My daughter is very happy with her skates! I would highly recommend North Edge Ice Sports!

I cannot say enough good things about this store! Rory is an absolute gem of a person and has spent so much time with us making sure skates fit properly and educating us on how to take care of them and even how to lace them up! He has said many times to us that these skates are probably the most expensive thing you will ever put on your feet, so you better know how to take care of them. Love that!! He never tries to over sell to us or make us feel pressured to buy something we are not absolutely confident with. The store is GORGEOUS and full of many beautiful items other than just skates:) The staff at North Edge truly care about their clients and have that extra special old fashion charm to them:) Dino is amazing and so talented also...give that guy a raise:):)

The North Edge Ice Sports has always provided my figure skater and family with incredible service since Rory and Dino first opened their store in Prince George. Rory’s extensive knowledge when fitting skates, discussing brands and blades is so appreciated. Always full of fantastic information for skate care too! Must mention his friendly and hardworking staff that are always so helpful. I highly recommend North Edge Ice Sports to everyone for all of your skating needs from skates to apparrel and accessories. They can take care of all your skating needs!

Rory, Dino and staff at North Edge are always so friendly and helpful when we go in to the store. We always leave there with a smile on our faces! The store is beautiful, stocked with everything a skater needs and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they go out of their way to bring it in for you. With skates and skatewear for all levels of skaters from beginner to elite, North Edge is a welcome addition to Prince George’s retail scene and we are lucky to have their services here in the north!

Rory helped us find the perfect pair of skates for our daughter, spending the necessary time to fit her for her size and level of skill. We really appreciated the patience and expertise he had.

I would give this place a 0 star rating if it was possible. my son attended his first learn to skate lesson here. This was his first time on skates as I was lead to believe all the children in the class would be in the beginner stage. Most of the children in the group could already somewhat skate and my son spent the majority of the class sitting alone on the ice while the rest of the class skated around. His confidence was shaken and he felt very embarrassed and left out and left the ice crying half way through the lesson. The 2 instructors seemed generally surprised that there was a child in the group that had never been on skates. Really? Is the class not called learn to skate? When i contracted them they tried to blame my 4 year old son saying it's not their problem he dosnt want to participate. Well geesh I wonder why he now feels that way. To add more insult they are making it very difficult to obtain a refund for the classes which they say" he isn't suited for" which obviously they must know from the 15 mins they spent ignoring him while he struggled to stand for the first time on skates.
