worst experience , spend thousands on a used trailer with everything working until it was paid for, within minutes to weeks found out the thousands of dollars needed for pulling safely, repairs and replacements, warranty only lasts till you are out the driveway, after that it is phone calls and emails (they helped with one item) , after that its still 4 waiting of waiting , never recommend to anyone, but will discuss all issues with everyone I meet.
Mark and the rest of the staff ensured I got the cargo trailer I needed with 0 hassle. Highly recommend. Doug
I purchased a Discovery cargo trailer in 2019, I am happy with this transaction, and with the trailer. In 2020 I had purchased 2 windows and a roof vent from the store. I had Northern install the roof vent (unfortunately installed backwards) mistakes happen, Northern corrected the mishap the next day, I am happy with the reinstall. I just had them install 1 window, I am extremely pleased with the install and the price is fair. I will have them put in 1 more window, and possibly install an awning and a/c system. Overall, I would easily give 5 stars, friendly staff, fair prices, and overall great service. Btw the other window I had Carlson Rv put in (because I needed it done asap) and Carlsons charged me just for install the price that northern charges for install plus the window. Northern is the best place around North Bay, that I have dealt with to date. In closing, Northerns install was fair better, cleaners, and faster than Carlsons RV. This is just my experience.
