The staff at North Bay Mazda are Awesome! They are very friendly and welcoming. My daughter had a remote start installed on her vehicle and they even washed her car after they were done. Excellent Service! We highly recommend their Sales and Service department!

We are very pleased with our recent CX-9 purchase from North Bay Mazda. Very stress free purchase. Cody was an excellent saleman, very respectul and knowledgeable with the Mazda line of vehicles. Never bought a vehicle here, but this is where I service it. Best car service around. Staff is excellent and they always try to make things right by you. I always think that car dealerships want to rip you off, but with Mazda I came close to trusting them :D
I would most definitely highly recommend Mr.Patrick Shaw to purchase a new or used vehicle from regardless of the brand or model. In fact, we enjoyed our experience with him so much, we purchased 2 vehicles specifically from him over the space of 1 month. He is a gentleman who deals with people the \old school\ way, namely behaving with honesty and integrity and having the customer's best interest at heart.
