Nice small museum that gives an interesting view of the local history. Expect about an hour to go through it.

This museum is amazing for its tiny stature. They filled the space beautifully and I love how interactive the pieces are.

The museum has permanent displays of railway history with some hands on experiences and videos on the ground floor, and recently made over the upper floor reminiscent of old Main Street. It has smaller versions of store fronts with original articles in them, and write ups about each one, including the theatre, where a couple of folks can sit and watch a video of a parade. It's very well done, and you get a real sense of the history and people that built North Bay.

Quaint interactive museum, we learned a lot about the local history, i.e. Nipissin Natives resided here for 10,000 years... fabulous gift shop
