I am very happy with my new furnace and air conditioner! I paid what was quoted. They were very professional. Going forward I feel I can count on them for whatever I may need. I was very picky and was quoted by a number of companies, I chose North 49 and I'm very glad I did.
I would like to thank North 49 (Heating & Air conditioning) service department and technicians for the installation of my new Furnace; Hot Water Tank; Central Air Conditioning and Humidifier on 27 Oct 2020. The Service Dept was respectful, courteous and the technicians came-in as scheduled. Once the work was completed; he gave me a rundown of the work completed and information on how to set them up. The technician came back the next day to do a minor adjustment and the Service Dept sent me an email as a follow up to see if I was satisfied with the service.
Mike and Randy both did a great job cleaning and touching up paint on the fireplace insert. I will be using them again next year.
