This is an outstanding property. Perfectly situated about 5 mins from the Mount Robson Visitor Centre, and about 20 mins outside Valemount. We stayed at the Carriage House for a total of 10 nights and loved it so much we booked our next visit within 48 hours of arriving. Carmen is very responsive and provided lots of suggestions on where to explore as the area has lots to do. During our stay we hiked to Kinney Lake, canoed Kinbasket Lake, visited the Ancient Forest, had beach days at Lake Annette and Eleanor Beach, and visited the local towns of McBride, Dunster, Valemount, and Jasper. We can't wait to return!

Due to "unfortunate circumstance" we ended up cancelling our reservation for this rental. Cancellation was given "finally" prior to (60) days as per the guest policy but only after trying to get a hold of the owner for a week without success (Would NOT return our calls). With that, the owner felt compelled in an e-mail to insult my wife and family for reasons unknown and then begrudgingly reimbursed us for the deposit. Because of this "lack of respect", we will never/ever stay at this venue, nor will we recommend it to friends and family! Oh...and BTW Carmen, welcome to the 21st century, where "call times" are logged and unedited versions of your e-mail are electronic and available! You did not seem to have a problem talking to my wife over the phone when "taking" the reservation on behalf of our daughter, which matters NOT as both my wife and my daughter's names were ON the correspondence! Check your own Message Details! (I can attach a pic of the DETAILS as well as what you "ACTUALLY" said to this review if you want to go there!??) The "unfortunate circumstance" that was "our own doing" was a very costly vet bill for our son's kitty. Good Grief! I guess when you own multiple vacation properties you can afford to be pretentious and rude! But hey, thanks for proving my point though! Please, please continue! Sadly, a written apology would of been suffice to what truly is/was an "offensive" e-mail but apparently you're too obtuse to realize that! Have great life!
We stayed for three nights in the stone gate house and we really loved the house and its interior. Also, it's very close to tourist attractions and scenic walks such us the Mt. Robson hiking trail. We got a bottle of wine and a friendly card as welcome gift. We met the owner once and she was really friendly. However, we couldn't get much sleep as the wooden beds made a lot of noise whenever we moved just a little bit. This is the only negative point, which we wish will be solved for future guests.
Revelation Carriage house was extremely nice. Booked on airbnb. There is a nice walk near the property that gives beautiful views of Mt Robson. Minutes away from Mt Robson cafe and visitor centre as well as the trail heads for Kinney lake and Berg lake.
