We just had two French doors and a patio sliding door replaced. The guys did a great job installing and the company was very nice and friendly, professional from the time we did our quote to instalation. The office staff was right on everything that was being done. I would recommend them for all the great customer service and quality of workmanship and price.

We recently replaced our over 30 year side door as air was leaked in, the window frame was cracking and the screen window was barely holding on. After some research and review reading we went with Nordik. The installers did a fantastic job, from capping, to caulking. The only minor point to mention is the color we choose which was a Chestnut brown, looked more reddish than the picture sent on the quote. Good thing our brick has some red tones so the door does blend in and it is a side door and not the main entrance door. Overall very satisfied and hope with new door, frame, and weather stripping, we should see less air leaking into the house.

Haven’t yet had Nordik complete the job, but recently worked with Ryan to come out and take a look at our job and give us a quote. Ryan was extremely easy to speak with and work with. He was receptive and honest, he made the process of buying new windows easy. I would highly recommend Ryan as your go-to windows salesperson. I will update upon job completion. The whole process was very efficient and professional.. great customer service and communication throughout the process.. He knew how to fix the problem (front door was squeaking and didn't close properly), sorted the issue quickly and explained what he had done. I was interested in getting an estimate to replace all my windows, my front door and sidelight. Kevin from the Mississauga office came out to do this for me. Kevin is a professional individual who took the time to explain the pricing and when the work could be done. He answered all my questions and also made some suggestions regarding doing something a little different with the front door. After I decided to go with Nordik, Kevin didn’t just disappear. He encouraged me to call or email him if I had any further concerns or questions. He was always prompt with his response. I highly recommend Nordik and Kevin for his customer service, knowledge of the product and desire to make the customer satisfied.
