My 2015 Ram 2500’s DEF pump malfunctioned in Ft Nelson, BC. The shop had my truck for 5 days, but when I drove out heading to Edmonton, 200 miles into the drive, DEF default warning came on again. Lucky for me I contacted Marsha @ Nor-Lan Ram in Grande Prairie. Marsha worked me into an already busy service day and spent her afternoon running down a new pump. The team had the new pump installed in a couple hours!! Marsha, the diesel mechanic’s who worked on my truck, and the entire Nor-Lan team are AWESOME! Friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. Thank you Marsha for everything!

We were on vacation recently, visiting in Grande Prairie. Our engine light and oil light both came on, one Saturday morning. Thinking we were stuck until Monday, we found out that Nor-Lan service was open ?? 7 days a week 6 to 6. We met and were looked after immediately by Reva. In a short period our Jeep was booked in and up on a hoist and we were provided a courtesy car. By noon the next day we were back on the road. Top notch service! Thank you Nor-Lan and Reva !!

I dropped my girlfriend's vehicle off here due to the engine light being on and the start/stop feature disengaging. They had called a few days later saying the vehicle was fixed and ready to go. Nothing was different so she brought it back. Again, was told it's ready and no change. In fact, after bringing it back for a third time, they all of a sudden had to replace the VVT, the alternator, and a couple other things. Then she gets a call saying that her tire had a slow leak but they couldn't find the key for the lug nuts. They were told to hold off on it because we didn't want any damage done to the rim. They call back saying they have a key that they can use so, they were given the OK. Shortly after, they call and say that they broke the key and the only way they can take it off is to damage the rim. When I go in to figure out what is going on, I'm told by Brad that we owe 190 for taking the tire off. Turns out they actually ordered her a new key for 90 (even though he said they have one in-house that they use), broke that one, air chiseled it (damaging the rim), and then had another new one ordered without ever actually using the one they had on hand (though we were told that's what was happening). Brad beat around the bush and tried to lie his way out of it, then when caught in his lies, said he jumped in late and had no idea any of this was happening. Well guess what? We kept our mouths shut, paid the 190, and an hour later, the initial problem sparked right back up again! Thanks for absolutely nothing guys!

i bought my van 29000kms ago from nor-lan and wrote a very positive review for that. but now i had to take it in for a clunk in the back when going over bumps. besides that van has been just perfect. surprise surprise grande prairies roads blew my shock. all i have to say about the service i recieved is wow! perfect service. in these questionable times all of us worry about money. i knew the load leveling shock wouldn't be cheap. in fact its 900 just for the shock. not even a peep about it not being warranted. keep it up guys stuff like that makes a very long term customer!
