I own one its garbage poor design you can watch heat go right out chimney owner was nice before purchase but horrible after i am a journey man welder and the welds on boiler are very poor if you want a boiler that you have to check on every two hrs cause they dont hold temp or over heat cause damper sticks open buy this piece of junk we owned a portiage and main it was a far better boiler wish we wouldnt have listened to friesn built ladys lies very poorly built and bad design stay away
