Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. Nishan Travels was amazing through the whole booking and finalizing process. Everyone at the agency helped us and demonstrated amazing customer service from start to finish. My travel planner was very knowledgeable and adequately informed about the areas I was travelling too. They did an amazing job considering our interest and put together a well paced itinerary that made sure we experienced what was most important. They answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation and a travel agent kept in communication with me and my family while we were travelling. Nishan Travels definitely exceeded our expectations. Will be coming back to them for my next trip!
