I wanted to apply for a specific truck. I gave the sales man my information. A hard inquiry was done and it dropped my credit score. The sales man lied to me about it saying it was a soft inquiry and shouldn’t have affected my score. Then the sales man requested a co-signer. I could’ve continued with the application but choose not to, afraid to drop my score and my co-signers score. It’s the lying for me.

Shady. We were dealing with a salesman (Don) on a boat, we told him we would be up on the weekend to buy it. He texted my boyfriend today to say "sorry, the boat sold". Who does that? Didn't offer to have us put down a deposit even after we said we would take it. That's some terrible service right there. Don't waste your time.

Buying our very first truck we were unsure of what we truly wanted. New or used? Extended warranty or not? Did colour actually matter? We knew we wanted to stay local with our purchase but we were unsure if local would mean we could get the truck we would ultimately want. Justin and the whole team found the perfect vehicle for us. Excellent service I travelled from 7 hours away to look at the truck knowing exactly what the truck was. Justin was willing to help me with a safety and tires and send me on my way as quick as possible. Very happy with the service and the truck. It was worth the 7 hour trip for the great service.
I traveled 4.5 hours each way to buy my truck from Justin. This after just calling him and he appraised my truck for trade-in over the phone going with what I told him. I was able to get a year newer truck with less kilometers and more options for only a bit more than a local dealer wanted for the same model older Ram. Well worth the drive, got us turned around very quickly with no drama, gave us another truck to go for lunch while they were swapping stuff over. Gave us a voucher for a full tank of gas, tickets for a prize draw coming up. Excellent, honest, no hard sell experience with Justin.
