This store has a revolving door of staff. Robin the senior lady screws up my order Every. Single. Time. I had to call to get my credit card removed from their system to avoid getting consistently charged for wrong items. Prices are higher than other stores, they claim due to “extra services they offer” but I can be treated rudely by a nurse at the hospital. Skip this store!

I am so impressed by the customer service at Nightingale. The staff patiently showed me the different products available to help find the best one for me. Some competitors do not carry the same variety of stock, which is quite inconvenient. It was so easy to go in and leave with my product in the same visit. Price's here are competitive, and the customer service is unparalleled! Would definitely return!!
