Booked my appointment online very easily! I received multiple text updates reminding me of my appointment time which was great. I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment and they were still able to fit me in which I appreciated! Great customer service. The piercer was awesome. He did my forward helix and second lobe piercings and it was as comfortable as piercings can be. Very knowledgeable and hygienic. I've been to a few other places for piercings and I have to say this was definitely one of the better ones. I would 100% recommend!

Mark is the absolute best!!! He has pierced two Of my kids’ ears (so far, two more kids to go) and is so kind and patient. One of my daughters is very anxious and he made her feel so comfortable she didn’t have any struggle. She’s so happy with her earrings! Thank you Mark! We will be back when the next kid is ready. Both of my girls were 7 when he pierced their ears.
I Went here for my first tattoos, I got two done by Mac he was extremely professional and walked me threw the whole process and kept me talking to keep my mind off it. I have also received piercings from mark. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. They are truly the best. Very clean, professional and friendly.
