Mike has always done a fantastic job for me, whether it was boat or sled or quad he had the answer. Marc also came thru with some last minute needed key ways I couldnt even order online. Thanks guys. Great service! Highly recommend.

I THINK THE PLACE IS GOING BANKRUPT,,,,NO BOATS,,,,NO QUADS,,,,NO MOTORCYCLES,,,,,COMPLETELY DEAD IN THE SHOW CASE AND THE BACK,,,,WANTED TO CHARGE ME 1200 FOR A POWER TRIM MOTOR SOLD ON AMAZON FOR 80,,,,,,MARC WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE WITH ME TUESDAY WHEN HE TOLD ME THE PRICE OF 1200,,,,,ALSO WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT THIS HE BLEW UP LIKE A FIRECRACKER,,,,MY DAD AND MY FRIEND WENT TODAY (WEDNESDAY) AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM YESTERDAY AND WENT AND PICKED UP MY 20 FT NITRO BOAT WITH A MERCURY 225 HP MOD-V BRIDGEPORT MOTOR ON IT TODAY AFTER OUR CONVERSATION TUESDAY WITH MARC WHICH WAS JUST BEFORE NOON TUESDAY,,,,,WE BROUGHT THE BOAT IN ON MONDAY AS THEY USED TO BE A HONEST AND GREAT BUSINESS AND FANTASTIC SERVICE IN THE PAST,,,,,NOT ANYMORE,,,,WHAT A SHAME TO LET A SO WELL KNOWN BUSINESS LIKE THAT FALL APART.

Driving across canada on KLR 650s and my wife lost a front fender. The guys at nicks remove a fender off a new one they had in the show room and installed it on my wife's bike. Very great to deal with and best prices on bikes and parts we have seen across canada.

RV'ing in the area and went there to buy boat trailer for our 14' boat. Fellow who served us (one of the owners) did not even introduce himself to us. We bought the trailer and then proceeded to MTO to transfer ownership and plate where we were told by the MTO agent that dealer had made a mistake when completing the form (what should have been regular task for dealer according to MTO agent). MTO was going to send us back to store for correction but she decided to call dealer instead and get info she needed to complete transaction for us (nice lady - great service at MTO). We returned to dealer to pick up our trailer and have them hook it up to our truck. Ball on our hitch was too large for trailer so we were directed to store across the street to go buy one. Can't imagine a boat trailer dealer not having regular sized ball hitch on hand. We were told they just don't stock them. Canadian Tire not far down the road luckily had a huge assortment. Nick's Sales did not impress us at all. Customer service lacking from the minute we walked in. Nothing pleasant about this experience.
