I had the greatest experience this week at Michael Hill. I showed the ladies working a picture of the type of chain necklace I was looking for and they had one that looked exactly the same! They even let us (while social distancing) walk around and look at the other jewelry they had, while at another shop just a few stores down, they were horrible and gave us terrible service! So thank you for treating us like we were your number one customers! We will definitely be back :)

Very sweet lady met me at the designated spot (5). Let me check over the merch before purchasing. A little confusing when no one answered the phone but she was already out in the parking lot.

Store manager Ann deemed my 350 bracelet wasn't covered under warranty because it wasn't "normal" wear-and-tear (I wore it on special occasions for just a month before it broke). I understand she only has my word to go on but her assumption was also only based on a single scratch, from which she deduced that my bracelet got "pinched" in between something that exerted a lot of force (it wasn't). She treated me like a criminal and dismissively repeated "It's not covered" without offering other solutions until I asked. At that point, I didn't want any more business with them so I left more dissatisfied with the service and brand than I was about the bracelet. They're rude with their customers for a "high end" jewellery store, I won't return again.

Happy Canada day Awesome ‘ Ann ‘is best store manager and she took good care of me and my wife . We were in store and bought earrings for my wife. She educated us about our purchase and how to take good care of it . Best part is we got our old jewelry a new shine and she didn’t charge us for that Best best Micheal hill on Niagara
