I love la vie en rose, always go to this place, specially when they have the 2 for 1 promotion, I think it’s such a great deal to get bra and under sets. But there’s always this girl with such a bad attitude and terrible customer service. I went a few months ago and literally almost everything was 2 for 1, but she told me I couldn’t combine my 2 pieces cause one of them didn’t have the orange tag, when I was there just 2 days ago and got 3 sets and not all of them had the orange tag, then she told me they have different promotions. Then I went to the one in the Pen Center and I got the exact same thing that she told me it couldn’t be combine. Definitely I won’t come back when she’s around.

Terrible customer service. Nobody was at the door to greet or tell how many people could come in , nobody asked if I needed help with sizing. Then when checking out the lady just asked how I was paying, did tell me the total.

I was visiting Canada with family and family friends hoping to have a good experience at La vie en rose... Unfortunately that was not the case as the manager of the store was not very friendly and rude to other customers in the store that day. She even refused to give a customer in front of us her receipt and proceeded to act annoyed with others as well. I understand this coming from an employee but not the manager as they should set forth an example for their employees. From personal experience at this store the workers were so sweet and friendly opposed to the manager.

What a wonderful experience! Having just had my son with my insecurities post partum, lingerie shopping with my son was bound to be intimidating right?! Nope not at this store.. Sydney (sorry if not spelt right) had so much patience and took her time to explain and help me find what suited me and would make me feel great. A great experience for a very nervous new time mummy. Thankyou lovely lady
