The Anastasia Dream

I had the pleasure of going on grape escape bike tour with a few girlfriends. Firstly let me start by saying that none of us are very active, and we were able to keep up with our tour guide. She was amazing. The pace was great and she did a great job keeping us on schedule while still allowing us to ride at a leisure pace and be Niagra Tourist ( stopping and taking pictures everywhere). Secondly our tour guide was Peggy. She was knowledgeable about the region which certainly added to the experience. She was an excellent conversationalist, and even though we were only with her for a few short hours, it now feels like we've known her for a lifetime. Thirdly, if you are reading this review and are thinking of going in the fall or the spring, layer your clothes. But if you forget a couple of essentials Peggy's back pack was full off goodies such as rain ponchos and gloves. Grape Escape did a great job in taking care of the planning so that we could just have a leisure carefree day.

My fiancee and i arrived for our tour and were pleasantly greeted right away. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the staff amazing. We were fortunate to have our own guide for our tour, and Sarah was just outstanding. We cant say enough about Sarah and the journey she led us on, highly recommended! My fiancee being a wine drinker and myself generally a beer drinker, i found this tour to be outstanding. This is something we will definitely do again together, and if given the chance, we will be requesting Sarah. Thanks for a great day!!!!

Honestly this tour company is the best. I know budget friendly ones too, but honestly for once to have everything taken care off was a great. We did the winery and dinner tour. Very organized and our driver was the absolutely best. And even though the wineries were different to what was listed because of the current situation they were fabulous and loved having it reserved ahead so we could skip the line when we got there. Between The Lines winery was the best of the 3. And dinner at Strewn was so delicious. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous experience!!

We had a great experience with Grape Escape. We had a party of 10 people, which I thought was too large since it was difficult at times to maintain social distancing. We had Kevin as our guide and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about wines and the Niagara region. We visited 3 different wineries. On the last winery we visited, all 10 of us were sharing 2 picnic tables, which was concerning since we were sitting so close to each other.

Thank you Grape Escapes. I booked a wine tour and lunch, Rich was excellent with answering my questions, and provided great communication. Tom was our driver extraordinaire...he was punctual, professional and super duper informative. We went to three wineries: Jackson Triggs (excellent), Caroline Winery (Suzanne and wine were awesome) and lastly Pilliteri (Fabulous and Rob was great). Lunch was at Oliv Restaurant (food was excellent- service could be better as they did not offer us coffee or tea with our dessert). I will definitely book again and have recommended Grape Escapes to several friends and family members.
