Chateau Gardens........... I was going to say the bastards at this place are doomed to hell and I would like to rub their false smiling faces in a dirty diaper but that would not be nice, so I won't..............................there I didn't say it. Had a nice visit with Mom the wknd. Looking and sounding great. And now the But........ EVERYTIME we go for a visit we have to remind staff of the extra steps that have been taken to help protect Moms health. They have neglected her to the point of multiple hip operations. WE ( not them ) have researched, bought items and implemented a plan that reduces the risk. There is a big sign above Moms bed, put there by staff, with instructions to help her situation and they are so complacent that they don't even see it right above her head board. Wish I could be around when Karma comes to bite your ass and says you get what you give but am happy in the knowledge that it will. It is very hard for the floor nurses to help the residents when the head honcho is too lazy to look at the prepared care plan of each resident on her floor. She says she has other residents in the home and is over whelmed so no one gets the care they need. She does not even have to do the most physical work, just make sure your staff has the information needed to care for their people. How do A holes like this get these jobs when they openly admit that the job is too overwhelming for them to handle??????? I will get the name of this Narcissistic Sociopath and post her name for you all to share.
