I am aware that people will always have different experiences, and am glad to read that many people have had positive experiences here. Unfortunately, that was not the case for my husband and I. We were patients here for 1 year. While I appreciate honesty, what I do not appreciate is the doctor laughing it off when he tells me I will likely never get pregnant using my own eggs, making jokes about how this could have happened, and his general lack of interest in helping us. Over the year, we saw him twice and were rushed through both consultations in 10-15 minutes, regardless of the hour we were allotted. We completed 3 IUIs at this clinic (all failed) and the wait to speak to him (over phone) was 2 months long. In this time, we referred to another clinic in Hamilton with a doctor who was lovely, kind, and hopeful while still being honest. He could not believe the dosage of medication Dr Browning had me on for my IUIs and said it would do nothing to help me. We had an IUI just weeks later with a protocol that was suited to my needs and I got pregnant on the first try. 2 stars because the nurses here are lovely and very sweet. If you try this clinic, I wish you all the best. My advice is to get a second opinion if you aren’t feeling 100% confident.

The best care anyone could ask for. They are fast and courteous and don't miss a step when it comes to ensuring clarity of instructions and care. The wait times for treatment are extremely short. They treat you like you are the important patient they have even though there are a lot of us. I recommend this clinic over any other in the area!

I had zero problems with the clinic. The staff were professional and nice. I got pregnant my second month of treatment and now have a wonderful 8 month old baby boy. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

So let’s be real for a minute: nobody enjoys turning to a fertility clinic as the next step in their family planning. I think we can all agree that it's difficult and painful, and the uncertainty of it all can be brutal. My husband and I found ourselves in this position recently and made the decision to self-refer to Niagara Fertility at Stoney Creek when my family doctor wasn't taking our concerns as seriously as we'd have liked. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, except probably early mornings, waiting rooms and being poked and prodded more than anyone really cares to be, even on good day. Whatever was about to take place was gonna get real personal, and possibly real awkward, real fast. But you've gotta do what you've gotta do, right? Let me tell you why I am SO glad I chose this clinic: The fertility nurses, Ashley, Katie & Chantal are exceptional at what they do. They have never once made me feel awkward, stupid, dismissed, uncomfortable, inconvenient or even as though I’m just some projected statistical check-mark. They are professional, friendly, confident, responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and so, SO very patient when I ask (a million or so) questions. They take the time to get know each patient and to make you feel welcome and cared for during each visit, even if the waiting room is full. If you’re faced with the unfortunate circumstance of having to research fertility clinics, know without a doubt that when you choose Niagara Fertility at Stoney Creek, you are choosing compassion, dignity, humanity and excellence.

I couldn't disagree more with the vague negative review below. The nurses at this clinic are the MOST helpful, kind and patient ladies. It's truly impressive considering how many hormonal women they are dealing with on a daily basis! I've been using this clinic for a few months and have to say the following: 1. No one has ever been rude. Ever. 2. Any question I've had (no matter how stupid!)...I've had an answer to within hours. 3. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes...even on the monitoring mornings where things get busy. 4. The nurses are very experienced and great at setting your mind at ease. 5. The location is great...ultrasound and bloodwork is done on site and there is a diagnostic ultrasound clinic in the basement of the same building! 6. The nurses show up early EVERY morning because they know that ladies are lining up at the door on the way to work. EVERY morning. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend this clinic.
