Horrible experience. Got a wool coat dry cleaned and repaired here. Came back with stains and was told they could not be removed. Understood. Checked the mending and there were more holes in the coat then when I dropped it off. Asked for a refund for the mending and was refused. Was told that they know the coats come back damaged from the out sourced dry cleaner. Not their responsibility. Was laughed at when I asked for a refund rather than them offering to fix it again. I would not trust this place with anything. Terrible mending and customer service. Owner has responded to review with lies and did not treat me with any respect. I did not swear at anyone. As you can see in other reviews which I should have read before trusting this place. This is what they do best. If you want your stuff ruined and have them offer to ruin it some more with there terrible mending. This is the place!

Go there frequently for a dry cleaning. Excellent experience: high quality and quick. Nice friendly people.
I had scarves altered even better than I expected. 10/10 would go back.
Very nice family. They’ve done well with many of my clothing but I spent a lot to get a very nice dress done, and unfortunately I can’t wear it. It was done very poorly
Bad experience. Their dry cleaning added stains to my sport coats. They tried to remove it. But left a note basically saying opps sorry cant get the stain we caused out. Avoid for dry cleaning with them they do not stand by their own work.
