Eric has definitely mastered his trade. He has the right experience and knowledge coupled with high professionalism. From the moment of first contact, he is always thorough with his communication whether via phone, email or in person as he answers all questions explaining any technical details clearly. The pricing that he provided us was competitive in comparison to other companies. As for when he and the team showed for the basement wall waterproofing job, they were quick, skillful, and respectful of our property and even of our neighbor’s. They made sure to set up boards so that no debris or dirt would spill over to the neighbor’s driveway. Once they were done they also cleaned the driveway as much as possible to make things look the way they were before excavating. Finally, once we called after the job was done a few weeks later for an after sale service, Eric and the team were punctual again in providing such service. All in all a great company to hire.

I would recommend Eric to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company a second time. We bought a new house and uncovered some really horrible cracks in the foundation! From the time that I contacted Eric for a quote, he was prompt and professional. He did a thorough job investigating to provide us with a quote. Eric is very knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you to purchase anything that you don’t need. When the work was done, he went above and beyond and also very much respects your property and doesn’t leave a mess. Very pleased with this company and the work that they do!
Had Eric and team come out to water proof our foundation recently and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the respond time, to the site visit, to the scheduling, to the timely response to email questions, to starting the job, to finishing the job - it was all done well. The price was fair and I would highly recommend this company and did i mention our neighbour beside us got their foundation waterproofed by Eric and his team eight years ago too? ... well, they've never had a wet basement since :)
