There have been a lot of changes at Value Village since I was there several months ago. It is all reorganized and there are no change rooms now. I like what they have done with the isles as it is easier to be in an isle and not be close to anyone and of course everyone must wear a mask. The only thing I don't like is that if you return something then you have to take a credit instead of money or refund on a credit card. I am not sure if this is new as I was always able to try things on before I purchased so that I knew that it fit. This time however I could not try on and now I have 2 items to return. I hope the credit does not have a time limit on it.

Staff were excellent. Cool water tower around the corner made it easy to find as well.

A pretty big second hand for-profit charity fundraising shop located in a convenient location. It is possible to find kitchenware, ornaments, clothes, toys and many more interesting items. It has enough parking space and if you donate something, you will get a discount coupon for your next purchase

I love Vallue Village and I love going to different locations throughout Ontario, I like the different things at the different stores. This value village was a bit unique in its customer service. I found all their employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. They also gave me a great deal on a drone that was in their showcase that had some damage they hadn’t previously discovered. I look forward to shopping at this location again when I return to Niagara.
