This is the best hardware store in Niagara. They have a great selection of products in every department. They're wood is the nicest of all the other stores. They price match so I don't have to run all around. They never give me a hard time if I need to return. They always have enough staff so if you need help you can find it and they are very knowledgable in their department. Honestly, if I need something and I can find it here I never feel stressed about making the trip. I do wish they were a local brand but that really is the only negative thing I can come up with and that can't be changed so I can't see much to improve upon beyond what they're already doing.

Pandemic poorly run. . If you don't get your entire order they will ship it to you at your cost. 7 dollar drawer knobs that they said were in stock cost me 7.50 to ship. I do not want them anymore so after I return them it will cost me 7.50 for the \pleasure\ of dealing with Home depot

I was at Home Depot twice today. First thing in the morning to get some clear deck / wood waterproofer / sealer. I was surprised they did not have the brand I was looking for. I also needed a solid deck stain factory mixed. Was very surprised that they did not have any of that either. (It is white and then you custom colour it) So I left empty-handed this morning. However in the evening my chest freezerstopped working and I was very relieved to be able to obtain the last chest freezer available (I've been told by five different appliance stores this afternoon that because of covid-19 people are hoarding freezers so they can buy more food...most stores are back ordered for the next 8 to 12 weeks). I was very happy to get what I wanted and get in and out quickly.
