It is cool to see giant structure and how clean power is generated.

We did the tour and it was interesting. If your not interested in dams and mechanical stuff you may not like this. The tour is about 20 minutes followed by a short 10 minute movie about the place. Your not allowed to bring bags but you are allowed to bring a camera without the bag.
