What a great store! Helpful service, good variety, reasonable prices. I was so happy to find this store as it had so many gifts, products, nice staff and wasnt busy!

Friendly & helpfull staff. It is a smaller store not unlike the Mississauga location, which I believed has moved to its present location. A good variety for its size We would have liked to have seen some bed in the bag options

I bought a mattress and after 1 year it developed a depression which after emailing my receipt and a video of depression received a new no problem. That lasted 1 year before same depression appeared. I did same process as before and received another mattress. This too lasted just over a year. This time they wanted the long tag attached to mattress which i had removed so i was screwed. Never buy anything there again.

Had been looking for 96 inch long drapes with grommets. Couldn't find them anywhere. Then I remembered Oxford Mills. Sure enough lots of choice, excellent price and friendly service. Next time, I'll think of them first.
