Don't really have all the words to say how much my wife and I appreciated the EXCELLENT service we received from this company AND would absolutely suggest to anyone who wants work done in their home for flooring and carpeting to call NOVA TILE in Niagara FALLS! Watch what you buy here and you get what you pay for. Sold us supposed end of line tile. We have at least 40 defective on our floor but 7 are in really noticeable spots. Machined lines throughout you can only see in certain lights but really noticeable in that light. Unfortunately either installer didn’t notice or didn’t care. Asked for some tile to replace the worst ones. We have to dig up. They shouldn’t be selling this garbage and still made us buy the replacements!
