I paid a good amount of money because it was supposed to be easier and faster than other options. Instead, it caused me unnecessary stress and rush because they changed the pick-up time to 10:20 AM instead of 12:20 PM and notified me about it 2 hours before the pickup. Also due to this, I was at the airport over 6 hours before my departure. Definitely not something you would want when your travel time will be 20 hours already. Also, it is near impossible to reach them via phone, it keeps telling me that I have 1 or 0 minutes left to wait in the queue but I waited more than 10 minutes after that and no answer. Only positive thing about my experience was that the driver was nice and got me to the destination with no trouble. Overall, I'm very disappointed to the service I received, and I would only recommend this company to someone who has no other choice of transportation.

Dropped my keys in one of the vans. Realized it after I arrived at the airport. Called them, they said the driver found it and that they would keep it safe for me until my return. Returned 4 months later, but during that period, emailed them 3 times (including a few days before my return trip) to check that they still had my keys. Each time, they said yes. I made sure to clarify that they were tracking it correctly. They said \We have put your name on it and it is safe in the lost and found\. On the return trip I called them, suddenly nobody has any clue where the keys are. Everyone is passing the buck and claiming they have no clue. Some of the names involved are Candace and Natalya. Nobody takes ownership or cares about their customers. It's the last time I'm using their service. They probably think they don't need to care because they have enough customers. One less now.

We recently used Niagara Air Bus for our trip out of Toronto and back from Buffalo. The driver was punctual, very professional and had excellent driving skills. The van was very clean with a comfortable temperature, which was especially nice on a dark and cold gloomy day. I would certainly recommend using their services, leaving behind the headaches of driving to and from the airports. AD

I have been using Niagara Airbus to get to and from the Toronto International Airport for years with Niagara Airbus. I have never had any issues, start to finish. Easy to book, always on time, and the drivers are down to earth and well mannered despite the pressure to navigate through traffic. We live close enough to drive on our own, but when you're on vacation, nothing beats having someone come to your door, handle your luggage, and drop you right at the terminal you need. Puts you right in the mindset for relaxation! I have been a travel agent for a little over a year, and I always recommend Niagara Airbus to our clients, based on my own personal experiences and that of our previous clients. Highly recommend! A

Took us to Niagra falls and we got out and did the fantastic boat trip straight away which was great. Then we had a lovely buffet lunch with an amazing view of the falls beautiful. Then as the rain came down the tour went down as well. We went to view points you were not going to see anything because of the weather. Then we were taken to a quaint town to walk to in the pouring rain. The people on the coach didn't want to get out and some didn't, we were there for an hour. Why didn't we get the choice to walk the falls or see the town?
