I am currently in the process of completing my Consumer Proposal that began in January of 2018. I have been fortunate enough to have the privilege of working with Linda Barnsley throughout this difficult process, and also during this viscous, worldwide pandemic. I cannot begin to commend the great customer service and availability and information that this team at the Niagara Falls office has given me in my recent dealings with MNP. They are very kind and knowledgeable and listen with both ears. They provided me with options to resume a ormal\ life and were very assuring and sensitive to my concerns. No one should ever feel incapacitated by debt and this team has never made me feel incapable of having control in my life. They were always respectful and had answers to every scenario I could think of. A few years back i was in a bad place struggling and juggling with finances, It was making me literally ill. I finally called MNP to see what can be done...I'm glad i did. They reviewed my finances and gave me options to choose whats best. we proceeded and my repayments were very affordable and the calls from creditors stopped. before the end of my proposal Covid struck and made my finances struggle again. I went back to MNP and they once again took care of me. I am now discharged from my obligations and a big stressor has been shed from my life..Call them they'll help,,Thank You Linda and MNP in helping me get back on track
