Bought a garage door( purchased it mid September 2020) The original installation date was going to be the middle to the end of October or so I was told-no door. Called the end of October (27th) and was given another date for the beginning of November, then the middle of November. Called the middle of November and once again, was put on hold then told it would definitely be in the end of November. Heard nothing-called again and was told covid has been a problem with orders. I explained that I’d asked when purchasing if they could assure the door would be on by December 1st at the latest and I was told yes. Called December 21st and was told it was in that someone would call to install-again no call. I said cancel the door. We don’t want it. Got a call mid February from a Loews employee asking me to call back that the door had arrived at the installer. End of story , somewhat, the widows for the door came in but the panel had not been cut out to put them into also there is no exterior handle and we paid for one. Just got off the phone with the Niagara Falls manager and was told in on the installer to fix the problem. Seriously!!!! Definitely NOT a satisfied customer!!! Have purchased numerous big ticket items there. Not any more!

Nelson is the best! He is extremely empathetic and has always helped me when I've come in to the store! I don't know if he's as awesome as he is for a purpose or he is just naturally that awesome but as long as Nelson is in the store, I like Lowes.
I haven’t shopped at Lowe’s since a very bad experience a few years ago. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a product online. I spoke to 2 different employees in the department where my item was located to verify it was in stock. The second person I spoke to said he specifically went looking for this item and had personally verified there were 2 in stock. I was told it would be ready to pick up by 5pm. I was not contacted so I phoned again only to be told by another employee that they were “still working” on my order. This is one item, not multiple items, but I realize I wasn’t at the top of the list so I waited. No contact was received at all. Fast forward over 24 hours later and I phone the store again the see if my order is ready. The employee who answered was absolutely rude. I was transferred twice and was finally told that they haven’t had my item in stock for a while and the employee who told me he had found it was “lying and definitely didn’t do his job”. So Lowe’s, you have completely blown any chance of me ever giving my business to you again. This “customer service” is terrible and I have often warned people not to deal with your company, and will continue to do so. Very, very disappointing yet again
Customer service personnel were Awesome. Very happy, but alot of wood not in stock, and I noticed a larger price than usual!
