Nestled in a plaza with plenty of parking, this computer shop can offer the same services as any big box tech store but at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.

The Ballad of Cyberdyne (apologies to Robert W. Service) There are great things done in the Niagara Falls sun, by the crew at Cyberdyne If your computer does crash, you can make a mad dash but you may have to stand in line. Their service is tops, the best of all the shops and with computers they know what to do They know how to patch ‘em, they even mix and match ‘em and you’ll save lots of money too. My PC was not faring well, I was madder than..you know, so I drove to Portage and O’Neil, I was greeted with smiles, and I knew in a while, my computer woes would heal. The old one was toast, ancient at most so a I got a rebuilt one that was great I took it home right away and in minutes I’d say it was faster and better...really first rate! So thanks Adam and crew, great follow up too, my computer story can end. If you need any help, HEY...I’d put this on YELP, Cyberdyne should be your friend! Their support is ongoing, that’s really worth knowing, so take a lesson from me. If your computer goes down, they’re the best in town, Cyberdyne is the place to see!!! Seriously, not that I wasn't being serious, the gang at Cyberdyne Systems satisfied my computer needs completely. Service was excellent and since I did my homework and explored other options, money was saved and follow up service in setting up my computer will make me deal with Adam and his crew if I need help again. My newly upgraded PC was a real head scratcher. It went from running perfectly fine for about a week to constant sudden restarts. I couldn't fix it and figured I had a hardware failure on my hands. I took my PC in to Cyberdyne to see if they could help. After a bad experience with a different local repair shop being dishonest with me, I could really tell that the guys at Cyberdyne cared. I was communicated with (they will call / text you), I was NEVER out of the loop with what was being done to my PC, they educated me on any of the mistakes that occurred during the build process, and they followed a step by step diagnosis process (Hard Drives, RAM, GPU, MOBO, and CPU). The worst thing happened. Turned out my CPU was faulty. They had tried installing a different Power Supply and MOBO before coming to that conclusion, and upon installing a different CPU the system works perfectly. They APOLOGIZED to me for the time it took to fix, but I was just grateful to have my PC back in working order. They reinstalled Windows 10 with a PERMANENT copy for me, they made it clear they are standing behind their work with a warranty and the pricing was extremely fair... to say the least. My PC has been running with no issues for 2 weeks now and I'm finally comfortable to write this review. If my family or friends have any issues with their PC I'd recommend these guys.
you guys are awesome. great service and respect and complete privacy. i highly recommend them. have been in Niagara region for 1 year and my nephew recommended them first and far most. keep up the great work.
