Soft Skill Workshop @ Next-Steps Employment Centre is the BEST thing which can happen to a newcomer to Canada as well as person looking for a new job. The modules taught here are really awesome which enlighten the candidates with a fresh perspective of personal development. Apart from Soft Skill Workshop, there are quite a few additional sessions as well which is goldmine of information. Kudos to Judith Hart for her exuberance, untiring energy levels complemented by vast knowledge she has acquired over the period of time…….Keep it up!!!!!!

The Next-Steps Employment Centre - Mississauga Meadowvale has provided me with a wealth of information and advice about how to find my next job. The staff is very friendly and they have many resources. It can take some time to get a one-on-one meeting with an advisor though as they are very busy serving many clients. The various one-day workshops and five-day Soft Skills course are helpful. Employment specialist and career coach Judith Hart is especially knowledgeable. She inspires and challenges you to be a better learner and more capable worker.

Next-Steps Employment Center at Meadovale is not just a typical center where you can go to search for jobs. The staff here provide unique interactive workshops that transform us from job-seekers to top notch self-marketers. These workshops helped me to take a deeper look at myself to rediscover all of my strengths and skills; helped me to project myself as a valuable and distinguished brand; showed me how to tap into the hidden job market; how to mobilize your social media profile and so much more. The staff are always cheerful and make themselves available to help us in any way they can towards getting us to our desired job. You owe it to yourself to go to this center and invest in yourself in order to get the best job that you want. ******* Update: I consistently attended workshops for the past few months. Each workshop added to my job search took-kit. They all contributed to developing my social network and building up my self confidence and my self branding. This gave me sufficient advantage to beat out other candidates with more experience to land my first career change job.
