I believe they have given me the best hearing possible. They are quick to deal with issues-one aid went down and they were able to fix it within half an hour. There's a reason I deal with them instead of Costco! Appreciated Katie's excellent service and the friendly and competent staff.

My GP suggested a hearing test since I have been having issues with my ears for a year. The front office ladies and the technician were helpful and knowledgeable. But when they found out that I did not need hearing aides, Dr Soltani was very dismissive and rude. He said that I should just deal with my pain and move on and be grateful that I don't have a real brain tumor. I suffer from a disorder that gives you all of the symptoms of a brain tumor, but no tumor exists. I would not recommend this clinic. Part of a doctor's job is to make his patient feel better, not only when it involves making money from them.

My experience at the North Vancouver NexGen was excellent. Everyone was exceptional from the receptionists to Audiologist Katie. From explaining my hearing loss to helping me adjust to living with hearing aids now was seamless. I would highly recommend going to NexGen if you are in any doubt of your hearing.

I had a wonderful experience with NexGen. I was very nervous having my hearing tested but this soon diminished as soon as i entered the clinic. The Irish girls on the front desk were a breathe of fresh air and so friendly. Katie was so helpful and informative when going through my results. I would highly recommend.

5 years ago I got my hearing aids from them. My life has been much different from the past in terms of communication and enjoyments and generally speaking , way improved quality of life. Special thanks to Dr. Amir Soltani for his excellent expertise , his non stop support and for his friendly personality . He made all these possible for me. Thanks to their great staffs including the front desk for their warm reception and unbelievable customer service. I recommend this place.
