The company I work for gets fuel and DEF from Durham Fuels. The staff are very friendly and professional. Mr Rick Durham is really great to deal with. This is a company that still believes in customer service.

Durham fuels has been our main supplier since 2013. They provide great pricing and the service is second to none. Mike always makes us feel like a priority and look forward to many more years of business together.

Consistently more expensive than other fuel suppliers. Just paid 7 cents per litre more than I would have paid another company. That works out to 50 extra to fill my tank this time around. Since they are the only company in the area they think they can rip off its customer base. I can't wait till another supplier sells in this area. It's cheaper for me to fill with diesel from the pumps than it is to use this company.
I had absolutely terrible service/experience from Durham Fuels and will not be recommending them to friends and family. Somewhere down the line between our old company changing hands with Durham Fuels, our furnace inspection was lost. They were inconsiderate and unsympathetic to our situation and refused to provide us with oil despite my plea to have utmost good faith that I would try and get to the bottom of the missing document (which they also refused to help with). We have 3 very small children and now risk our pipes freezing while we frantically look for a document that SHOULD have been on file.
