I have not taken the taxi but often when I am in Surrey I have driven behind them and they should be fined for dangerous driving. They change lanes without signalling, pull over where ever they want, turn from the wrong lane and drive right through stops signs. Yes, I have witnessed all this myself and not from the same taxi. I’m not sure how these drivers got their license but I fear they will seriously injure someone. They need to be properly trained and regularly tested. I would strongly encourage the owner of the company to look into the drivers. I would have given them a 0 rating but that was not an option.

The driver and the car owner were great. However dispatch leaves a whole lot to be desired. When my phone was left in the cab, calling dispatch and speaking to the rude and unhelpful man on the other end of the line, caused massive issues! All he had to do was contact the driver, which he refused to do and so many issues would never have taken place. I am grateful to the owner of the car for finding and returning my cell.

We were picked up at tsawassen ferry terminal By cab NW140 and said we were going to tsawassen mills mall because the free shuttle had ended for the day. We were then told there was a shuttle we had to take and the driver got out to unload our luggage and open our doors. He said there was one coming soon (Untrue) and to get out. I asked him if he was refusing a fair and he angrily got back in the car and told me how he needed to make money. He proceeded to go way above the speed limit, run a red light into the mall and went 60km in the parking lot. I will be sure to never use this company again as they have terrible customer service and hire unsafe, reckless drivers.
